Juju

Siouxsie and the Banshees released Juju which is regarded as one of the band's greatest albums. The album features the tour de force singles "Spellbound" and "Arabian Knights".

Their previous release, Kaleidoscope, showcased the band incorporating synthesizers into their ethereal sound. However, on Juju, they decided to experiment with middle eastern and psychedelic sounds while also taking a more direct, almost traditional rock approach.

The CD version of Juju has been digitally remastered from the original master tapes and includes 3 bonus tracks in the form of 12" versions/mixes. It comes in a digi-pack housing a poster-booklet with extensive sleeve notes and lyrics.

The LP version has been remastered from the original ¼” tapes and cut at half speed at Abbey Road studios in London. Both the artwork and audio have been personally overseen and orchestrated by Siouxsie Sioux and Steven Severin.
