Lights Behind The Eyes

The second solo LP from the legendary Wolfhounds' Andy Golding is a wonder of ambient guitar instrumentals. Coming off the back of the extraordinary reinvention of the Wolfhounds (and amidst a very productive period for him), Andy submitted the music to Dimple Discs, the record label established by The Undertones' Damian O'Neill. We loved it and so did fellow artist Eileen Gogan. This is music that channels a lot of German music with a dark Essex twist that somehow has glorious poptones. This is a massive step forward from his first which got a 4 star review in Mojo and plays by 6 Music's Gideon Coe.
