Mojo Hand

Lightnin' Hopkins' Mojo Hand (1962), one of the greatest blues records of all time, it was produced in New York in 1960 by the famous producer Bobby Robbinson, and its world premiere reissue by P Vine in 1983 spread its splendour all over the world. (The original version is now priced at over 200,000 yen). This masterpiece is now being reissued on red vinyl. As with the previous three LP reissues, the fist jacket with its huge impact has been completely reissued with the original reverse paste-up specification. The title track and other boogie tunes as well as the dark slow blues are superb. The electric Herald version shows the ultimate in dirty lightnin' on acoustic guitar.
