The Dirt are Pennines (UK) based Jack and Sachiko, a marital Anglo-Japanese couple who create Alt-sonic psychedelic punk fused tracks, not fearing to straddle or uncompromisingly merge genres as they seamlessly bend the rules, combining guitar loops with effects and distortion accompanied by driving heavy drums beats and fast firing lyrics.This 9-track album, which was produced with Jason Shaw of Fuzz Face Studios Scotland, is the soundtrack to the world’s inbound sci-fi dystopian future, where the duo symbiotically harness energy with a collaborative force, and cross over genres. For anyone that meanders in a maze of musical mayhem, this duo knits and connects the lost jigsaw pieces to align the lovers of Cramps, Dead Kennedys, Suicide, Spacemen 3, The Fall and The Jesus and Mary Chain.
