"Move and Keep Moving” is taken from Afflecks Palace’s new album Sunshine Death and features the Yorkshire Imperial Band, one of Britain’s most celebrated colliery brass bands. Written following vocalist J Fender’s near-fatal “widowmaker” heart attack, the song highlights the often-overlooked mental trauma that can follow a major heart event — but approaches it with positivity, defiance and hope.
