Trio Ternura was a proper family affair: three Brazilian siblings with deep musical roots, cutting a small but special catalogue of albums and 7"s, including exclusive tracks that never appeared on the LPs.

Less widely known than the much-loved A Gira, Razão De Ser from 1972 is every bit as dancefloor-ready, weaving Brazilian flavours, soul music, and beautifully tight vocal harmonies into something timeless.

On the flip, O Mensageiro brings the pace with an uptempo, instantly catchy groove. Both single-only cuts are reissued here for the first time, and cut at 45 RPM for superior sound quality.
