Trilok Gurtu is nothing less than a world star of the percussion and drum scene. Since his great successes in the 80s with stars such as John McLaughlin, Archie Shepp or Joe Zawinul and his first solo album “Usfret” (1989), the son of the Indian singer Shobha Gurtu, who lives in Germany, has been one of the biggest names.
