Warrenpeace have been making music together since Summer 2012 after both performing on Scroobius Pip's Distraction Pieces tour. Warrenpeace are Buddy Peace and Worgie. Buddy peace makes beats and blips and is best known for his work with Sage Francis and Strange Famous Records. Worgie makes guitar noise, beats and blips and is best known for his work with Scroobius Pip and Speech Development Records. Warrenpeace craft music combining raw, dusty drum heat geared around live sampler performances with angry and personal storytelling, adrenaline fuelled guitar noise and grizzly, sub heavy synths. Personal tales of a sartorial take on London life and experiences are captured in present day discofied city punk bangers. SDR007 is both catalogue number and the title for their debut record to be released on Speech Development Records in 2014. It features guests Scroobius Pip, Natasha Fox (Distraction Pieces / FutureAges and Amy Bullman (DJ Zinc / Rinse).
