this is the debut release on pigeon coup records - the label from the fantastic stool pigeon newspaper. 'sirens of titan' is a large slice of completely and utterly self indulgently preposterously over the top epic operatic fest of 70's glam rock riffs and new wave prog rock. bowie messing with meat loaf and bat out of hell via roxy and the adverts and hawklords and megahype and nik turner style space rock and a doomed relationship between a stuntman and a 50's monster b-movie monster queen out on freeway 59 somewhere beyond infinite suns. this has the potential to either fill stadiums or to become massive in the basement of record and tape exchange. limited to just 500 copies.
