Essex based Alt. folk artist Kevin Pearce returns with his new album So On, and building on the success of his previous album Dynamite, So On represents a movement towards an increasingly layered and diverse sound, somewhere between the smoky soul of Marvin Gaye and the virtuosic storytelling of Leonard Cohen. Kevin Pearce is an artist capable of evoking a poignant nostalgia alongside a newfound synthesis of electronic and acoustic music with raw vocals that keep his sound both honest and current.
