Songs Before Bed

Songs Before Bed sits neatly between the more experimental psychedelic electronic side of Otto and the acclaimed Peanut, released on NYE 2025.

It moves with real ease, folding together brief pop fragments, melodic bedroom guitar, droning ambient shoegaze textures and blissed-out IDM touches that recall the Rephlex catalogue. The result is a seamless snapshot of Otto Benson's genre-defying sound.

First imagined as a late-night record, Songs Before Bed feels intimate and gently immersive, but it is just as rewarding whenever you drop the needle.
