Sound On Stone

Keith Tippett and Julie Tippett worked together on the final recording before Keith's passing in 2020. Julie completed the project posthumously, using archive live recordings of Keith's solo piano along with new voice and percussion parts that she multi-tracked.

Julie poured her heart into the project, drawing on her inner strength and determination to bring the music to life. The duo's hope is to honor Keith's legacy through this final recording.

Keith Tippett contributed on piano, zither, voice, music boxes, and percussion, while Julie Tippett added her voice, zither, music boxes, and percussion to the recordings.
