It's a medley of the well-known Modern Talking songs "Cheri, Cheri, Lady", "Brother Louie", "You Can Win If You Want", "Geronimos Cadillac", "Atlantis Is Calling" and "You're My Heart, You're My Soul." The 12" contains 2 more tracks; "We Take The Chance" and "You Can Win If You Want (New Version)".
