The Applejacks

A highly collectable 100 Pound Rated Brumbeat album, which has been unavailable on CD for many years, is now available with six bonus tracks. Some of these bonus tracks have never been on CD before, offering a complete Decca output from 1964-65.

The album opens with the top 10 hit, "Tell Me When," and also includes their other hits like "Three Little Words (I Love You)" and a song given to them by friends Lennon and McCartney, "Like Dreamers Do." For fans of The Kinks, they will enjoy the band's version of Ray Davies' composition, "I Go to Sleep," while their recording of The Beatles' "Baby's in Black" only appeared on a various artists compilation.

The sleeve-notes include fresh quotes from the band's bass guitarist, Megan Davies.
