The first release on the Artwork Records jazz label is also Kenny Barron’s first solo album in 30 years. Kenny Barron is a jazz master, who also collaborated with the best musicians for many years, such as Dizzy Gillespie, Yusef Lateef, Chet Baker, Stan Getz etc. This album is an intimate face-to-face encounter between the pianist and his instrument. It is a look back on his discography with a raw modernity.
