Weaving

Kirsti Huke has her background from jazz and improvised music, and has in her career as a performing musician worked extensively with cross-genre music. She was awarded the Radka Toneff Memorial Prize 2018. Weaving is a concept album with an unconventional musical line-up. The lyrics in Weaving are about change, loneliness, friendship and sisterhood. Also about traveling, and being confronted with a brutal reality under an increasingly warmer sun.
