Who the Power is Liela Moss's second solo album, where she fulfills her desire to deconstruct the modern psyche while also dancing to it.

Following her deeply personal debut album, My Name Is Safe in Your Mouth, Moss entered a period of profound self-reflection which led to the creation of this album.
