Booka Shade

Booka Shade are Berlin duo Walter Merziger and Arno Kammermeier, formed in Frankfurt before moving from synth-pop towards club music. In 2002 they co-founded Get Physical Music, creating a base for their own work. The 2005 EPs Mandarine and Body Language, made with M.A.N.D.Y., established their crisp, melodic take on house.
