He is a founding member of The Rappers Rapp Group, Dark Star & The Future Mc's and has gained recognition for his collaborations with King MC as one of the first groups on L.A. label, Rappers Rapp Disco Co. With his entrepreneurial spirit, DJ Flash has founded several record labels including Hitman Music, Hitts Records, Flash Records & Innerkore Records. In 2017, he acquired Macola Record Co., further expanding his influence in the music industry.
