Mark Rae

Mark Rae is a British DJ, turntablist, producer, and label owner based in Manchester, UK. He was born in July 1968 in Ashington, Northumberland, England. Before pursuing a solo career, he collaborated extensively with Steve Christian as the duo Rae & Christian. Together they released multiple albums and compilations from the late 1990s to the early 2000s. Mark Rae also co-founded the renowned record shop "Fat City" in Manchester and established the esteemed label Grand Central Records.
