Pussy Galore

Pussy Galore was an American garage rock/noise/punk band from Washington, D.C. The band was formed in 1985 and disbanded in 1990. Known for their raw and chaotic sound, Pussy Galore influenced the underground music scene with their unique blend of genres.

After their breakup, some members went on to play in other notable bands such as Sonic Youth, Boss Hog, Thee Headcoats, Free Kitten, and more. Their legacy lives on through these influential projects.

If you enjoy the sounds of bands like Scratch Acid, Killdozer, or Flipper, then Pussy Galore is a must-listen for you. With a similar energy and experimental approach to music, they paved the way for many noise rock acts that followed.
