The Maccabees

The Maccabees were a London band formed in 2004, led by Orlando Weeks, Hugo White, Felix White, Rupert Jarvis and Sam Doyle. Across four albums, from Colour It In to Mercury Prize-nominated Given to the Wild and Marks to Prove It, they charted a thoughtful, steadily expanding take on British indie rock before parting in 2017.
