Collection: Tina Turner

Tina Turner, born in Brownsville, Tennessee, turned a bruising early career into one of pop and rock’s great second acts. Her 1984 comeback Private Dancer restored her to the centre, while films including Tommy and Mad Max Beyond Thunderdome showed the same force on screen. A powerful singer, she moved easily across rock, soul and pop.
