Set in the late 1990s, eight-year-old Sasha, played by Eylul Guven, moves with her Hungarian Canadian family to a new home on Vancouver Island. Their fresh start is unsettled by the increasingly dangerous behaviour of her eldest brother Jeremy, played by Edik Beddoes.
