The latest edition of the popular compilation series featuring long-lost vintage 60s-70s proto-metal and stoner rock singles, Brown Acid: The Thirteenth Trip is available on Halloween 2021. Standouts include Run Run, released in 1970 by Montreal hard rockers Max whilst Orchid’s Go Big Red is perhaps the most garage-y sounding offering here, with loose rhythms and straightforward stop-and-start riffing.
