A budget priced introduction to South London indie label Dimple Discs featuring an array of acclaimed Irish and British artists including the late, great Cathal Coughlan, Telefis, The Undertones, Keeley, Sack, Eileen Gogan with Sean O'Hagan (Microdisney/High Llamas), Kev Hopper (Stump), Nick Haeffner (The Tea Set), Andy Golding of The Wolfhounds under his Dragon Welding alias and more. Founded in 2018 by Undertones guitarist Damian O'Neill and former Stereolab publicist Brian O'Neill (no relation), the label has developed a reputation for releasing new music from quality heritage acts as well as seeking out new talent.

This collection features highlights from the catalogue to date as well as some exclusives to this CD set. Artists featured here are regularly heard on 6Music shows like Gideon Coe, Steve Lamacq and Radcliffe & Maconie, with consistent additional support from BBC Northern Ireland, BBC Cymru, RTE, Newstalk, Today FM, Dublin City FM, 8Radio and others in the UK and Ireland. Several have also appeared in national print outlets like MOJO, Uncut, The Wire and Hot Press.

In keeping with the tradition of label introductions like Cherry Red's classic "Pillows & Prayers" in the 80s, this is a stylish yet affordable way to get acquainted with one of the best indie labels that Peckham has to offer. Comes in a gatefold digipak format with artwork by Arthole designer Bruce Brand (The White Stripes, The Darkness).
