Collect and Reject

'Collect and Reject' is the fourth full length album by electronic duo Dear Deer (Claudine Sourdeval and Federico Lovino), from Lille, France. The album features 2 parts, “Collect” and “Reject", with each part featuring 5 songs. The first part leans more into Dark-Wave and Post-Punk while the second part contains more of an emphasis on further exploration of the electronic aspects of those genres. This album is irresistible. Though Dear Deer may not be reinventing the musical landscape, the songs have a refreshing air about them. It sounds diversified and electrifying.
