P.P. Rebel is the harmonium-led, spiritually inspired project of Melbourne artist Paris Rebel Richens, also known for singing in Parsnip and Hierophants. Over the past fifteen years, Richens has explored all kinds of extraordinary sounds, more recently finding a new direction through the spiritual path of Kriya Yoga.

Drawing from Eastern spiritual traditions and Western touchstones including The Incredible String Band, The Velvet Underground, Syd Barrett, and Skip Spence, P.P. Rebel has shaped a sound that feels entirely personal: beautiful, calming, spiritually charged songs for the soul.
