Deeply affecting solo album from Chris Eckman, previously known for his role in Walkabout and as producer-du-jour for the likes of Tamikrest, Lobi Traore et al. Based on a memoir by the writer William Kitteredge, "Owning It All." Nestling amongst acres of space and sparse arrangements, hte songs of Harney County come alive with the deftness of such a skilled singer and performer.
