Iain Matthews presents a 106-track, 6CD Box Set retrospective. The collection features 2022 remasters of his four albums with legendary record producer Sandy Roberton - Stealin’ Home, Siamese Friends, , and Shook. Included are 50% previously unreleased material, such as early songwriting demos and multiple live performances.

Musician and singer-songwriter Iain Matthews is well-known for his work. He was an original member of the legendary folk rock band Fairport Convention from 1967 to 1969. After leaving, he formed Matthews Southern Comfort, achieving a UK number one in 1970 with Joni Mitchell’s ‘Woodstock’. In the early 1970s, he played in the folk rock “supergroup” Plainsong. Iain has established himself as a master-craftsman of both his own songs and those of others, a tradition he has continued throughout the decades.

Teaming up with producer Sandy Roberton in the late 1970s and early 1980s, Iain Matthews released four albums. This period is the focus of the box set, showcasing a fertile time in Iain's career. His cover of Terence Boylan’s ‘Shake It’ reached No 13 on the US charts in 1979, bringing him popularity in the States. The song also reached No 6 in Canada and the Top 20 in New Zealand.

This 6CD box set includes the original four albums, as well as unreleased material from Iain's archive and fans worldwide. The set features Iain's 1978 BBC In Concert special, along with live and demo recordings to please both dedicated fans and casual listeners of Matthews' music.
