International Smark

'International Smark' starts out as an 8bit techno waltz before dreamy synth chords warn of a new intention. Vocals are supplied in a cross dialect of Swedish and Finish by female vocalist Tigerlight and the introduction of staccato guitar pushes the track into a creative gap between Metro Area and Abba. The song is accompanied by an original promo video shot on mobile phone on the New York Subway L train.B-side 'People' is a hard slab of electro disco that bounces into the night with heavily down pitched vocals. Coming across like Gorillaz and LCD Soundsystem in a twist, 'People' is a dance floor banger written to celebrate the all too common human instinct to 'Take Take Take '.
