Frankie Rose (ex Crystal Stilts, Dum Dum Girls and Vivian Girls) is back with her second album 'Interstellar'. It forgoes the 60's sounds prevalent on her debut in favour of a deeply engaging, 70's indebted pop record, one with experimental leanings harking back to Arthur Russell, Angelo Badalamenti's 'twin peaks' score, and leavened by innate melodic instincts akin to new order.
