Jackie Lee Cochran Rocks presents 30 tracks from a rockabilly performer known for his handful of incredibly effective recordings of the mid-1950s. Twenty or thirty years later, Cochran became a star of the rockabilly revival. This 'Rocks' CD contains rare recordings from the 1950s made in Dallas and Los Angeles, such as Hip Shakin' Mama and I Want You. It also includes the best of his comeback recordings from the 1980s and '90s, his contribution to the rockabilly fever that swept across Europe.
