Lacuna

Sweet, sad, summery and swoonsome in equal measure, Chilhood's debut cuts to the heartfelt core of the band in giddily hook-laden style. Largely recorded over six weeks at the Streatham studio of Dan Carey (Toy / Bloc Party / Franz Ferdinand), cues for the emotional, wistful sound of 'Lacuna' can be found in former single 'Solemn Skies' and a re-recording of debut track 'Blue Velvet', now featuring harmonies from a 14 year old school friend of Carey's daughter.
