Legendary Children (All of Them Queer) is Holly Johnson’s joyous 1994 dance-pop salute to queer history, first heard on Soulstream. Inspired by Paris Is Burning and lifted by Helen Terry’s vocals, it honours icons including Andy Warhol, Leonardo da Vinci, Oscar Wilde, Jean Cocteau and Joe Orton.

Performed at London’s Gay Pride in 1994, it remains a bold, euphoric anthem, driven by spoken-word verses and that unforgettable line: “The answer is clear, they’re all of them queer.”

For 2026, Luv Foundation (UK) deliver new versions, with George of the Sharp Boys suggesting the rework to Holly Johnson. Mark Loverush and Julian Napolitano keep the 90s spirit intact while giving it a bigger, classic club sound. This limited edition run of 700 pink vinyl copies comes with new artwork by Philip Marshall.
