Liquid Planet

On their second album Liquid Planet, Finnish heavy rock outfit Heavy Trip deliver a loud, ridiculous and thoroughly entertaining mix of crushing stoner riffs, psychedelic space-metal excursions and tongue-in-cheek heavy metal energy.

The record captures the spirit of the cult film Heavy Trip, balancing over-the-top humor with genuine love for heavy music. Massive guitar riffs collide with blastbeats, cosmic jams and psychedelic detours, creating a record that is both playful and seriously heavy.

Expect fuzz-drenched guitar workouts, driving grooves and spaced-out instrumental passages that channel the spirit of classic 70s heavy rock while keeping a modern stoner metal edge.

Epic, ridiculous and loud -- just the way stoner rock should be.
