Self-recorded at home in Rotherham, these songs burst out of their self-consciousness to meet life head-on, bristling with energy and glimpses of the human spirit in the darkness. Recorded and mixed meticulously throughout 2021 - 2023 in Leeds with engineer Ross Halden, D’Silva has crafted a unique Pop language for himself.

With influences from post-Industrial music and a vigorous tenderness, each song on Love Is A Flame In The Dark is a love letter to living, a requiem for a fading world, and a gesture of solidarity in the face of entropy.
