A vivid, high-energy celebration of Ministry of Sound, the legendary London club and record label that transformed house music in the 1990s and left a lasting mark on global club culture.
Opening quietly in a former South London industrial space in 1991, Ministry became for house what CBGB was to punk and Studio 54 was to disco. Inspired by Paradise Garage and Haçienda, it built its name on a world-class sound system and a music-first ethos.
The club helped turn DJs into stars and championed figures including Larry Levan and David Morales. This book gathers archival photography, posters, record sleeves, immersive imagery and reflections from Paul Oakenfold, David Morales, Carl Craig, Moby, Princess Julia, Pete Tong, Steve Angello and Honey Dijon.
