Pack Mentality

Rifle is a UK punk band known for their raw, unapologetic sound. The band was formed in Camden, London by members Max, Ross, Cam, Flynn, and Alb. They are influenced by punk outfits such as Bad Breeding, Chubby and the Gang, and The Chisel, with a melodic yet aggressive sound that combines 1970s British Punk with the energy of 1980s US Hardcore. This is their secod single and first for YEAR001.

The three tracks on the EP all clock in under two minutes. Rowdy, musically bankrupt, furious, and tuneless diy punk made by 5 likely lads as well suited to tanning beds as they are the parking lot at a plant hire, Rifle bring a delicious vacancy to their mid tempo wallop with just enough melody and ear-infecting wormery to keep us all pinned to the turntable.
