Perfect House

MX Lonely return with PPerfect House EP, a follow-up to their acclaimed debut album All Monsters. Built from songs written during that album’s sessions, it brings new life to material that didn’t fit the first record, while holding onto the band’s heavy, murky alt-rock sound and sharp sense of melody.

After praise from Pitchfork, Stereogum, Alt Press and POST-TRASH, the band kept pushing forward. Stereogum described their sound as the kind of indie rock once called angular in the ’90s, before it explodes into full-on fuzz-riff eruption.

All Monsters. was MX Lonely’s first fully self-recorded release, made by Rae Haas, Jake Harms, Gabriel Garman and Andy Rapp. Capturing a live, immediate analogue feel, the band continue to build a world rooted in introspection, mutual catharsis and community on the road.
