Razorlight

Celebrating 20 years of Razorlight’s era-defining self-titled second album, this expanded anniversary edition returns as a 2LP and 1CD, with LP2 dedicated to bonus and previously unreleased material and the final 11 tracks on the CD also drawn from bonus and unreleased recordings. Originally released in July 2006, Razorlight catapulted the band into the mainstream, debuting at No.1 on the UK Albums Chart and going 5x Platinum, cementing its place as one of the biggest British guitar albums of the decade.

Led by the band’s signature anthem “America”, their first and only UK No.1 single, the album also delivered the UK Top 3 hit “In The Morning” and Top 20 single “Before I Fall To Pieces”, alongside fan favourites including “Who Needs Love?”, “Hold On” and “I Can’t Stop This Feeling I’ve Got”.

Produced by the band with Chris Thomas and recorded at British Grove Studios in London, the album captured Razorlight at their commercial and cultural peak, bridging sharp post-punk energy with widescreen, festival-ready songwriting. Both formats are enhanced with newly unearthed and unseen imagery plus new track notes from Johnny Borrell, offering fresh insight into the writing, recording and release of the album.
