The British rock band Romeo‘s Daughter released their debut album in 1988 co-produced by music industry heavyweights: ‘Mutt’ Lange and John Parr. Hot on the heels of its success, ‘Don’t Break My Heart’ shoot up the US Billboard Hot 100 Singles Chart and ‘Heaven in the Backseat’ featured as the opening track of the 1990 film: ‘Nightmare on Elm Street 5’. Their dynamic and distinctive sound has been consistently, and uniquely delivered over the years by: Leigh Matty (vocals) – recently voted in the top 5 ‘Lady Rock Singers of all time’ – Craig Joiner (guitar) and Andy Wells (drums). Steve Drennan on Bass joining in 2020. With this line-up, Romeo’s Daughter has a pedigree, second to none; with each member having worked with the likes of: Whitney Houston, Tom Jones, Meatloaf, Bonnie Tyler, Ronnie James Dio, Machine Head and Roxette. This is their fifth studio album ‘Slipstream‘.
