Sometime Not Now

Cubicolor return to Anjunadeep - Sometime Not Now was inspired by the concept of taking your chances when life presents them to you, along with the thoughts of hope and regret, and the constant battles of risk and reward. Sometime Not Now is a double-edge sentence as time can be comforting but sometimes also a warning if you’re running out of it. In a statement that summarises the album Peter explained: “To get the right answers, you first need to ask the right questions”. The album is filled with introspection, self-reflection and critical thinking, whilst on a musical level is bold, expansive and a big statement from the British/Dutch trio in claiming their place among the musical elite. The album and singles artworks are made of photos collected from Tim, Peter and Ariaan, the inspiration comes from an artist called Katrien De Blauwer who recycles photographs to create her pieces of photography.
