Since his debut in 2013, Kim Oki has established himself as a saxophonist through numerous works, and has been recognized for his work by winning three times of . In particular, this 9th full-length album made him win as a ‘Musician of the year’ and the ‘Best Jazz & Crossover Jazz Album’ at the <17th Korean Music Awards>. This album conveys a message about the anxiety and loss accumulated behind Korean society, which lies best in ‘Cotard’s Syndrome’, through the genre of jazz.
In commemoration of the vinyl production, the first track ‘Woo Ree Dle’, an original song by singer-songwriter ‘Kim Il Du’, have been arranged into a jazz version, and newly designed album jacket by ‘Mochoon’ from the creative studio ‘Mobills Group’ adds its value.
