The album brings together all 8 of those exclusive dubplate cuts, plus 2 more never-before-released alternate versions. It features Alton Ellis, Cedric Brooks, Brentford Road All Stars, Jacob Miller and more, drawing from deep within the label’s catalogue.

From Alton Ellis’ uplifting Black People to Brentford All Stars’ hypnotic take on The World Is A Ghetto, alongside instrumentals from Cedric Brooks and The Soul Brothers, cuts from Alton and Zoot, George Phillip, and Jacob Miller’s alternate of Dennis Brown’s Westbound Train, this is a genuinely special Studio One release.
