Ten Notes On A Summer's Day - The Swansong (Crassical Collection)

Number six in the revisited double CD Crassical Collection, is a double CD presentation containing the 2019 Abbey Road Studios remastered original Crass album on CD1 and, on CD2, additional unrelated tracks showcasing the voice of Eve Libertine, plus a fold-out poster and an illustrated booklet containing lyrics and contextual notes.

Recorded at Southern studios winter 1984 - summer 1985. Ten Notes on a Summer's Day nudged itself towards modern european atonality, and knocked Crass completely out of the rock'n'roll arena (as testified to by dramatically reduced record sales). In this sense, Ten Notes on a Summer's Day truly was a swansong.
