The Magic Is Calling

The Magic Is Calling highlights Mourn The Light’s ability to blend traditional epic doom metal with a more melodic, heavy metal-driven sound.

The Connecticut, US band stay true to their signature doom metal sound but also pay homage to the classic heavy metal legends of the past and add some elements of progressive and power metal.

 This new EP serves as an introduction to Andy Small’s vocal prowess and offers fans both new material (two songs) and a re-worked version of the Mourn The Light classic ‘Blink Of An Eye’.

Adding a special touch to this release is an incredible cover of Black Sabbath’s iconic ‘Headless Cross’, paying homage to one of the band’s greatest influences.
