Karkait take a bold turn on their debut LP, To All That Cannot Be Undone. After earlier releases built from grindcore, black metal and hardcore, the trio push into slower, stranger and more expansive ground, moving fluidly through metal, folk, musique concrète, free improvisation and sonic abstraction.

Written across fragmented geographies and recorded during an isolated residency in southern France, the record feels shaped by distance, exhaustion and dispersion. Violent eruptions meet rusted drones, scorching guitars and breathing growls, building a sound that is deeply physical yet oddly disembodied, with grief, pressure and disorientation hanging in the air.
