Park Lane Studio in Glasgow was host to many young bands from 1980 onwards, many making their first recordings and still seeking a record deal. Some did become successful, and a vibrant scene soon developed centered around the studio.

Now the studio archives have been prised open, and a treasure trove of fascinating and unreleased tapes discovered! This 80-minute album with 22 tracks offers a unique and broad insight into the whole history of that important Glasgow scene, the studio, and the many interwoven musicians and bands that recorded there.
