Whalefall (Original Motion Picture Soundtrack)

Mutant, in partnership with Hollywood Records and 20th Century Studios, announces the debut physical release of Joseph Trapanese's original soundtrack to Whalefall. The score is available now as a double LP on 140-gram colour vinyl and on CD, with liner notes by Trapanese and Whalefall Director Brian Duffield.

Joe Trapanese's score for Whalefall is some of the best work of his prolific career,a beautiful and kinetic symphony. Like the ocean itself, it is equal parts terrifying and serene. It delicately evokes the dread inherent in the film's premise, but finds beauty in the belly of the beast.
